Maintaining vacuum conditions over time requires active monitoring, bake-out procedures, and airlock protocols.

THE BAKE-OUT

Every time you open the door, you ruin the vacuum. Moisture infiltrates. Vapor Vacuum chambers have embedded infrared heating coils. We bake the room at 200°C for 4 hours to boil off the water, returning to Tier 2 specs overnight.

THE AIRLOCK PROTOCOL

ZONE C (1 ATM) — The Warehouse. Open air.
ZONE B (10−3 Torr) — The Load Lock. Rough vacuum buffer.
ZONE A (10−9+ Torr) — The Void. The main chamber.

The rule: The Void never touches air. It only touches the Load Lock. Strict dirty-to-clean protocol.

THE RGA RECEIPT

Customers don't just trust us. We provide a Residual Gas Analysis — not just how much gas is left, but what gas. The two enemies: Water vapor (sticks to walls — we bake it off) and Hydrogen (atoms so small they permeate through steel walls — we absorb them with exotic getter alloys). You are paying for the mean free path. At 10−12 Torr, your Phase Flash beam travels uninterrupted across the full chamber length.
